Eastern cape sales manager

The Eastern Cape Sales Manager is responsible for driving merchant acquisition, growth, and retention for Fever Tree Finance and Medi Wallet within a designated region. The primary objective of the role is to identify, recruit, onboard, and support new merchant partners while ensuring existing merchants remain active, engaged, and successful in processing customer transactions. The role requires a strong focus on relationship management, business development, sales performance, merchant training, and operational support.

A key component of this role is ensuring that merchant staff receive ongoing product training and support to maximize utilization of the Fever Tree Finance and Medi Wallet products, thereby increasing transaction volumes and improving customer adoption.
