East Africa Admissions Leader

The African Leadership University is seeking an experienced regional recruitment leader to design and execute a targeted East Africa strategy for fee-paying students. You will own the admissions pipeline from outreach to enrollment and build strong relationships with international school counselors and administrators.

This role requires a 5+ year track record, familiarity with IB, A-Level, IGCSE, AP curricula, CRM proficiency, and willingness to travel across East Africa.
