EAS Program Management Team Lead

The Team Lead, Program Management is responsible for leading and developing a team of Program Managers while overseeing the successful execution of customer programs throughout the product lifecycle. As a hands-on leader, this role manages key programs directly and ensures that customer requirements, project milestones, quality objectives, and financial targets are achieved. Working within the Entry and Authorization Systems Business Unit, the Team Lead serves as the primary point of coordination across cross-functional teams, guiding programs from product development through launch, series production, and end-of-life.
