Early Years Teacher

The Red House is an independent open plan Nursery for children aged 2 to 4+ years with a diverse teaching team of Early Years Teachers and Early Years Practitioners. The post is for an Early Years Teacher who has recent experience working in an Early Years setting or a Reception class.The post is an all-year round, full time position, to be worked over 4 days (7.45am to 6pm), with a weekly day out, or alternatively over 5 days (9am to 5pm). 

The ideal candidate will have had experience of high quality, child-led Early Years practice and will be able to actively contribute to the environment and pedagogy of the setting, possibly leading one of the curriculum areas. They will be working with the attached Early Years Practitioner Job description and additional accountabilities about pedagogical leadership, the development of the learning environment an/or keyworker role.
