The Opportunity

• Ensure staff develop and implement community programming based on demonstrated need and program objectives as outlined in the deliverables of funding contracts, community plans and individual goal plans.
• Oversee the development of outcome measurement tools to measure the effectiveness of group programming and maintain records on attendance, financial cost and material delivered.
• Provide leadership to the team and oversee the development of work plans, training requirements and administrative duties.
