About ASPAM Seedlings: ASPAM Seedlings is the preschool and daycare division of ASPAM Scottish School, located at A-43, Sector 62, Noida. We offer a nurturing, safe, and future-ready environment for children aged 12 months to 6 years, with a play-based, holistic, NEP 2020-aligned curriculum that fosters curiosity and joyful discovery.
Role: The Early Years Educator will plan and deliver age-appropriate, play-based learning experiences for children aged 12 months to 6 years across our Parent Toddler, Pre-Nursery, Nursery, and LKG/UKG programmes, creating a warm, safe, and stimulating classroom environment.
Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver play-based, NEP 2020-aligned lessons and activities.
Support language, motor, social-emotional, and early literacy/numeracy development.
Maintain a safe, hygienic, and nurturing classroom environment.
Observe, assess, and document each child's progress.
Communicate regularly with parents about their child's development.
