At Green Leaves Early Learning, we pride ourselves on developing and delivering quality kindy programs that focus on the highest standards of practice. To support this commitment, Green Leaves has developed a unique National Learning, Research, and Development (NLRDP) program to mentor our teachers in their professional development. 

When you join the Green Leaves family, we’re proud to offer support services and opportunities that have been created and designed in collaboration with our teams from across the group, which includes:

• Face-to-face and online Mentoring with our group NLRDP Pedagogy Partners, including additional support to assist you in completing your Teacher’s registration where applicable
• 30 mins non-contact time per day to set environments/prepare unique experiences
• Access to our Green Leaves Learning Tree Scholarship fund, which allows you to attend professional learning and networking across Australia.
