DESCRIPTION:
The Early Childhood Program Specialist 2 (Assistant Teacher) working under the general direction of the Early Childhood Program Specialist 3 (Lead Teacher) is a primary support person in the classroom and assists in implementing the educational curriculum and the general operation of an infant, toddler, or preschool classroom. The teacher works intimately with parents/families building trust and respectful partnerships through which children¿s individual learning plans and classroom curriculum are developed and implemented.
