Position Title: Early Childhood Educator, Support and Inclusion
Location: Marpole YMCA Child Care (8188 Lord St, Vancouver, BC V6P 0G8)
Term: Temporary, Full Time
Hours: 35 hours per week
Shift: Monday-Friday: shifts will rotate between the hours of 7:30am-6:00pm
Start Date: September 1st, 2026
End Date: March 31, 2027 (with the possibility of extension)
Salary: $31.56-$32.66 per hour for ECE or ECE-IT/SN License to practice (Includes $6 per hour as per the Provincial Government’s Wage Enhancement Initiative)
Reports To: Team Lead
Union: This posting is governed by the collective agreement between YMCA Childcare centres and BCGEU Local 303
