About the role
As an Early Career Teacher, you will deliver engaging lessons across your specialist subject (or general cover where appropriate), inspiring students and supporting their progress across Key Stages 3 and 4.
Working within supportive secondary schools, you will have the opportunity to develop your classroom practice, build confidence, and gain valuable experience in a range of school settings while working alongside experienced teaching professionals.
This role is ideal for ECTs seeking flexible work to gain experience, complete induction opportunities where available, or secure longer-term teaching positions within Telford secondary schools.
