Responsibilities
- Administrative Support to the principal (travel arrangements, hotel bookings, flights bookings, holidays booking, business trips bookings, managing the properties, personal matters etc)
- Assisting with the office
- Assisting with personal matters when required (managing apartments, houses, family trips, private jets, etc)
- Collaborating with investment teams, helping with research work / preparing investment presentations
Qualifications
- 5-10 years of experience as a Personal Assistant to HNW or UHNWI or to a C-level (CEO/ Chairman) or family office
- Previous experience in corporate environment is a plus
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- International Experience will be a plus
- Open to remote work in a small team and flexible working hours
