e-Commerce Support (Full-Time)

CHARACTERISTICS OF THE JOB:

Under the general direction of the E-commerce Manager, the E-commerce Support identifies, selects, sorts, photographs and posts donated items for sale online. Duties are performed in a manner that maximizes efficiency. The E-Commerce Support is also responsible for additional packaging, labeling and shipping of merchandise sold online using proper packing methods to ensure its safe arrival.



PROVIDES SUPERVISION TO: None.



RESPONSIBILITIES - ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Select quality items, as directed, to post online.

Research the value of the item using established procedures.

Photograph selected items with a digital camera and download photos to PC.

Edit photos, using various editing software programs, to ensure an accurate portrayal of item.

Write an accurate and meaningful description of item, focusing on details that would be helpful to a potential buyer....
