E-commerce Operations Lead (Pet Tech)

Smartpaw is a fast-growing pet tech brand in Singapore, seeking a hands-on Operations Coordinator to oversee warehouse, fulfillment, after-sales support, and inventory management in our in-person workspace.

You will supervise a part-time assistant, coordinate with delivery partners, maintain SOPs, and ensure smooth daily operations across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop and Shopify. This role offers practical ownership in a small team and growth with the brand.
