E-commerce Operations Executive

Role Description
Track daily / weekly

sales ,

inventory

and operational reports.
Support

stock planning , replenishment tracking and inventory coordination.
Coordinate

listing, catalog

and backend marketplace tasks.
Follow up with external agencies and internal teams on pending actions.
Support

deal, coupon, launch and event

readiness across marketplaces.
Maintain

trackers for sales, stock, dispatches , pending tasks and key issues.
Coordinate with seller-side teams, warehouse and logistics teams for smooth execution.
Flag stock risks, listing issues, dispatch delays or backend gaps in a timely manner.
Support

overall marketplace operations

across brands and business verticals as required.

Qualifications
2–5 years

of experience in

e-commerce / marketplace operations
Strong working knowledge of

Excel / Google Sheets
