E-Commerce Manager (Arabic Speaker)

You will report to the GM based in Dubai and you will be responsible for the first exciting development of this new market in Saudi.

Strategy & Roadmap
- Define, prioritize, and deliver the 3-year e-commerce roadmap for the region making clear trade-offs across growth bets, platform investments, and operational fixes.
- Build the launch playbook and readiness checklist for new GCC markets – payment localisation, logistics partners, CS coverage, content localisation, legal, tax.
- Identify and unlock data-driven growth opportunities across UX, merchandising, CRM, and performance marketing.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Run a weekly and monthly performance rhythm for the regional ecom business: traffic, conversion, AOV, repeat rate, fulfillment KPIs, CS metrics, marketing efficiency.
