**E-Commerce Manager**
We are looking for a skilled and committed person to take commercial responsibility for Telia's e-commerce channels.
I’m Johan Gotteberg, Head of E-Commerce, and I’m searching for someone ready to grow with us. We’re a supportive, forward-thinking E-Commerce team that works very cross-functionally with several key parts of the organization.
**Responsibilities**:
- Directly responsible for achieving and exceeding online sales targets and revenue goals
- Ensure continuous insight-driven development of the customer journeys and customer experiences in close collaboration with UX, CX, developer team, market, product and others
- Follow up on results, analyze data, and use these insights for strategies, funnels, and testing
- Monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators such as conversion rates average order value and website traffic
- Lead CRO initiatives in various channels to optimize customer journeys and improve sales.
