E Commerce Executive

Position: E-commerce Executive Location: Hyderabad Experience: 1–2 Years Employment Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities Manage product listings across e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, and the company website. Create, update, and optimize product descriptions, images, pricing, and specifications. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the operations team to avoid stock-outs. Process and track customer orders, returns, exchanges, and refunds. Ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery coordination. Analyze sales performance, traffic, and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities. Plan and execute promotional campaigns, discounts, and marketplace offers. Coordinate with marketing teams for digital campaigns and product launches. Resolve marketplace-related issues, customer queries, and account health concerns. Generate regular reports on sales, inventory, and campaign performance.
