Role : E-Channel Officer
Location : Abu Dhabi
Role Purpose: The senior E-Channels officer is responsible for performing operational support duties of the Alternate Delivery Channels Unit. Assists the Alternate Delivery Channels Manager as directed; provides a full range of professional technical and general support to customers and Bank personnel; responds to telephone and e-mail inquiries; monitors product usage and system operation; resolves problems within given authority. Helps in the coordination and support of system testing and user acceptance testing. Provides assistance in training Bank personnel on the features and benefits of Internet banking and bill payment products mobile banking and electronic services. Performs a variety of routine daily tasks; reviews reports prepares correspondence; and participates in special department projects.
