Dynamics 365 Support Specialist

We are looking to hire Microsoft Dynamics CRM Application Consultant to serve as a bridge between business and IT. These roles encompass application support, functional consulting, and close stakeholder engagement to ensure stable CRM operations and drive continuous improvement. The positions will be based at Demant Technology & Innovation Centre, Malaysia.

Key Responsibilities

• Working as a 3rd level application specialist on troubleshooting incidents and finding solutions
• Gather and translate business requirements into user stories to ensure we are developing the right solutions (from design to UAT)
• Incident and problem management, focusing both on processes, people, and systems while ensuring that we fix the root causes and not only the symptoms
