Requirements
- Ausbildung in Informatik oder Wirtschaftsinformatik (EFZ, Studium oder gleichwertig)
- Mehrjährige technische Erfahrung in der Konfiguration und Weiterentwicklung von Microsoft Dynamics 365 (minimum in den Modulen Sales und Marketing)
- Kenntnisse der Microsoft Power-Platform (Power-Apps, Power Automate)
- Erfahrung in der Projektleitung ist von Vorteil
- Verständnis zentraler Sales- und Marketing-Prozesse sowie Erfahrung mit Microsoft Services (z.B. Entra ID, Azure, M365) sind von Vorteil
- Erfahrung mit Power BI und Automation Platforms (Bsp. n8n, Zapier) sowie Interesse und erste Erfahrung im Einsatz von KI im CRM- und Prozesskontext sind von Vorteil
