Dynamics 365 Developer (Remote Opportunity)

VetsEZ is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer to support a Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) project. In this role, the ideal candidate will support the design, customization, and maintenance of solutions in Dynamics 365 (Customer Service). Additionally, work with business stakeholders and IT teams to configure features, assist with development tasks, and ensure scalable, efficient solutions that improve business operations.

The candidate must reside within the continental US.

Responsibilities:


+ Design, develop, and implement customizations, plugins, workflows, and integrations in Dynamics 365 (Customer Service).

+ Configure entities, forms, views, business rules, and process automation to meet business needs.

+ Integrate Dynamics 365 with enterprise systems using APIs, web services, Power Platform, and Azure tools.

+ Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
