In this role, you'll collaborate with the Customer Success team to maximize customer engagement. Your responsibilities include assisting customers efficiently at every touchpoint, enhancing their journey and ensuring problem resolution. You will drive continuous improvement through insightful participation in case meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
• Master Vention’s platform for effective guidance
• Support customers across the entire sales cycle
• Ensure proper management of live chats and calls
• Process order changes and track deliveries
• Engage proactively through surveys and outreach
