Position Overview

This position is Monday-Friday 3pm-11pm.



POSITION OBJECTIVE:


To ensure running of the Tufting machine by providing a continuous supply of the correct yarn to creel.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES: (CONSIDERING JOB KNOWLEDGE, JOB ENVIRONMENT, EFFORT, MANIPULATIVE SKILL, JUDGEMENT, SAFETY


KNOWLEDGE AND RESPONSIBILITY):


I. Stripping A Creel


A. Tubes


1. Locate boxes at back of creel .


2. Remove caps from tubes.


3. Save empty tubes and place in tube box at back of creel .


4. Do not overfill.


B. Cones


1. Locate boxes at back of creel .


2. Nest cones together and place in boxes (TWIST TO REMOVE).
