Division Vice President Of Palliative Operations
The Division Vice President of Palliative Operations provides operational leadership, strategic direction, and growth oversight for palliative care programs across the enterprise. This role partners closely with hospice and operational leadership to align palliative care strategies with organizational priorities, drive program growth, support high-quality patient care, and ensure operational excellence across assigned markets.
The DVP leads a team of Area Vice Presidents of Operations (AVPOs) in a matrixed leadership environment and collaborates with clinical, financial, business development, compliance, and support service leaders to advance integrated care delivery, enhance patient outcomes, and support sustainable program performance.
