- Working hours: Monday to Friday (8am to 5pm)
- To oversee and manage all operation activities and ensure safety measures are in place, especially after office hour, night and weekend.
- To help individual plant shift supervisor to manage the shift operations and monitor shift staff discipline to ensure all operation activities are carried out safely and smoothly.
- Coordinate key matters among all departments as well as contractors and authorities, such as job arrangement and staff allocation, attend authority visitors, etc.
- To work as SIC/SMC after office hour to coordinate and manage all emergency events.
- If it is required, to involve in shutdown jobs, etc.
