Duty Manager

A stunning luxury safari lodge is seeking a dependable and hands-on DUTY MANAGER to join their team

This is a practical, all-rounder role suited to someone who thrives in a small-team bush environment, enjoys being on the floor and can confidently oversee daily operations while supporting the wider management team.

Core Criteria:

• Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury lodge or hospitality environment


• Familiarity with property management systems (PMS)


• Solid understanding of stock control and basic administrative processes


• Comfortable working in a hands-on, operational capacity


• Strong communication and guest service skills


• Driver's license essential


• Reliable, responsible and able to work independently


• Flexible and adaptable within a small-team, remote setting
