Vacancy Description
- Oversee daily hotel operations during assigned shifts, ensuring all departments are aligned with service standards and operational requirements.
- Act as the management representative on duty and provide immediate support in resolving operational and guest-related concerns.
- Ensure smooth guest arrival and departure experiences, including VIP arrivals, special requests, and guest assistance.
- Handle guest complaints, service recovery, and escalated concerns professionally and promptly.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest areas, public areas, and operational areas to ensure cleanliness, safety, and service quality standards.
- Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering, Security, Food & Beverage, and other departments for seamless hotel operations.
