**Guest Experience**

+ Welcome and assist VIPs and guests.
+ Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly.
+ Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction.
+ Conduct lobby presence and interact with guests regularly.

**Operations**

+ Supervise Front Office operations.
+ Coordinate with Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Engineering, and Security.
+ Monitor arrivals, departures, and room availability.
+ Ensure smooth shift operations.

**People Management**

+ Lead and support team members during shifts.
+ Coach employees on IHG service standards.
+ Conduct shift briefings and communicate operational updates.

**Safety & Security**

+ Ensure compliance with hotel safety and security procedures.
+ Handle emergencies, guest incidents, and fire safety protocols.
+ Prepare incident reports when required.
