As a Duty Manager, you'll be at the heart of our airport operations—leading from the frontline to ensure safe, seamless, and high-quality service delivery. You'll work closely with ground handling partners, monitor operational performance, drive continuous improvement, and help deliver the premium travel experience our customers expect. 


Tasks

In this role, you will: 

  • Act as a Customer Care Ambassador, ensuring an exceptional customer experience at every touchpoint.

  • Lead from the frontline by monitoring the performance of ground handling partners and service providers while representing LH Group in uniform.
  • Ensure operational readiness and full compliance with handling standards across designated remote stations and alternate airports.

  • Travel regularly to assigned stations to conduct turnaround inspections, quality reviews, and operational meetings with our service partners.
