Duty Engineer

Support the Maintenance Officer and Senior Duty Engineer in daily hotel maintenance operations to ensure all equipment and facilities function safely and efficiently.

• Assist the Maintenance Officer/Senior Duty Engineer in daily maintenance operations within the department.
• Inspect hotel equipment such as plumbing, electrical appliances, locks, heating, air conditioning, and bathroom fixtures to ensure proper working condition.
• Perform small renovation tasks including painting, carpeting, and furnishing, to maintain hotel standards.
• Identify faults in systems or equipment and coordinate repair work to restore functionality.
• Monitor and ensure firefighting facilities and equipment are operational and ready for use at all times.
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities and maintain accurate records to ensure efficiency and control.
