Position: Customer Service Agent (Dutch/Flemish & English) – Energy Supplier in Belgium, based in Barcelona. Must live in Barcelona or be able to relocate on short notice.
Your Role
You will be the ultimate problem-solver for both private and commercial clients via phone and email. Tasks include handling questions about contract tweaks, customer data updates, and invoice inquiries. Previous customer service experience is not required; a positive attitude is key.
