Dubai Tram Passenger Experience Ambassador

KEOLIS is seeking a Customer Service Agent - Tram (UAE National) to deliver a safe, reliable, world‑class tram service across the Dubai Tram Al Sufouh system. This roving role requires a visible uniformed presence, helping passengers with information and ticketing while supporting crowd management.

You will move around the DTAS, respond to inquiries, monitor stations, assist with passenger flow and safety, and provide excellent customer service.
