Hermès Middle East is seeking a Learning & Development Manager based at Dubai Head Office to set the L&D direction, deliver meaningful programmes, and drive a 5‑days‑learning target for all employees each year.

You will lead the Retail Training Manager to develop retail and head office talent, collaborate with HRBPs to identify successors, and implement leadership, management, and UAE‑specific development paths across the region.
