The Department of Unemployment Assistance (DUA) administers the Unemployment Insurance (UI) program which provides temporary income assistance to Massachusetts workers who are unemployed through no fault of their own and who can work, available for work, and actively seeking employment. DUA is seeking a management professional with a proven track record of developing high-performing teams. The Benefit Wage and Charge Manager oversees the operational functions of the Wage Processing and Benefit Charge Units within the Department of Unemployment Assistance (DUA) Revenue Department. The position is responsible for managing critical unemployment insurance functions including monetary determinations, wage corrections, interstate, federal and military claim processing, employer benefit charge determinations, and protest resolution activities.
