WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:

· Respond to internal and external service requests and inquiries promptly and professionally, with a focus on resolving issues effectively.

· Coordinate and maintain job schedules for field service technicians, service crews, and delivery/site contractors.

· Track and update job progress, ensuring timely communication of changes or delays to key parties.

· Schedule and confirm service appointments, warranty work, and unit placements with customers and field teams.
