Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Trading Assistant with less than 3 years' experience to join our Delta One Trading desk. The successful candidate will support traders in managing day-to-day operations, ensuring accurate trade execution, risk monitoring, and operational efficiency. This role offers exposure to equity derivatives, index arbitrage, and other Delta One strategies in a fast-paced trading environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Trade Support & Execution:
  • Assist traders with booking and monitoring trades across multiple markets and products.
  • Communicate with sales team to book daily swap, forward and option trades.
  • Ensure timely and accurate trade capture in internal systems.
• Risk & Position Management:
  • Monitor positions, P&L, and risk metrics throughout the trading day.
