Typical Accountabilities
- Lead the district team to achieve or surpass established sales forecasts and call execution targets.
- Collaborate with individual sales representatives to set appropriate and challenging goals for each territory.
- Proactively anticipate and address obstacles that may hinder results.
- Evaluate individual and team progress toward goals and provide coaching to drive improvement.
- Develop sales representatives to enhance their skills and prepare them for advanced career opportunities, including future District Manager roles.
- Ensure compliance with all regulations governing interactions with healthcare professionals, sample distribution, and related activities.
Qualifications and Skills
Essential: Bachelor’s degree; demonstrated leadership abilities; expertise in financial management; demonstrated written and oral communication skills.
