Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Safety

Promote and enforce a strong safety culture on all projects.

Ensure compliance with company safety policies and OSHA requirements.

Conduct daily safety meetings, toolbox talks, and site inspections.

Identify and correct unsafe conditions and behaviors.

Field Operations

Plan, direct, and supervise all drywall and framing activities.

Coordinate manpower, equipment, materials, and subcontractors.

Develop and maintain short-term and long-term work plans.

Monitor production rates and adjust resources as needed to meet project schedules.

Coordinate work with BLHI team, owners, and other trades.

Lead foremen and field crews to maximize productivity and quality.

Scheduling & Planning

Review project schedules and identify opportunities and risks.
