The Staffing Network is looking for an enthusiastic 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our friendly team in Featherstone. Youll be joining a busy, established desk supporting clients across the driving and industrial sectors, with the opportunity to work across other areas when new requirements come in. This is a genuine full 360 role, but you wont be doing it alone. Youll be part of a supportive team culture where the desk, on-call responsibilities and successes are shared. Previous recruitment experience is essential. A driving licence and vehicle essential to be able to attend client meetings. What youll be doing Writing engaging job adverts and posting them across job boards and social media. Screening advert responses and speaking with suitable candidates. Registering successful candidates and completing compliance checks, including eligibility, licences and points. Obtaining references and keeping candidate records accurate and up to date.
