Job description Driver with Caring Duties Band 33 Locations: Armagh/Craigavon/NewryTemporary (6 months)The role: To support the Trust in the delivery of a high-quality service within the Transport Department. It is the policy of the Trust to meet its transport needs by means of a 'transport pool' system. Although drivers may be allotted specific vehicles and runs, they may be required to drive any of the Trust's vehicles from time to time subject to the requirements of the Road Traffic Act (NI) 1970 being complied with.Responsibilities:Assist Service Users as necessary, preparation for transport and collect and convey Service Users to and from Trust Care facilities.Assist Service Users including those in wheelchairs and those using walking aids, up and down stairs, into and out of vehicles.
