Here at GXO, we are currently recruiting for a Driver Trainer to join our team in Greenford, supporting our customer, Waitrose. As a Driver Trainer leading the training for our van drivers , youll play a key role in delivering high-quality driver training and coaching, helping improve safety, compliance and performance across our transport operation. Working closely with site and central teams, youll ensure drivers meet the highest standards while supporting GXOs commitment to Safety First and continuous improvement.

This is a full-time, permanent position, working 37.5 hours per week. The operation runs between 06:00 to 23:00, 7 days per week, so shifts will need to be scheduled...
