Driver / Mental Health Tech PRN

This is a PRN/Per Diem position as a Mental Health Technician and Driver for our Outpatient services.. The Outpatient Mental Health Tech is responsible for providing direct patient care and transportation services to all patients with emotional or psychiatric disorders. In this position you would be responsible in supporting the therapeutic milieu and ensuring the safety and well-being of our patients.

Essential Duties:

+ Participate in patients' treatment plans by monitoring patients' progress, communicating information regarding patients' behavior to other members of treatment team.

+ Maintains communication with patient, family members, and referral sources in patients' interest.

+ Co-facilitates educational and community groups within the context of the adolescent treatment program encouraging and facilitating patients' participation in therapeutic activities.
