Draughtman Fitout/Interior/Joinery

Key Responsibilities: Prepare detailed shop drawings, construction drawings, and as-built drawings for interior fit-out projects. Develop detailed joinery drawings for furniture, wardrobes, kitchens, reception counters, wall cladding, doors, and custom-made items. Produce reflected ceiling plans (RCP), floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed construction drawings. Coordinate architectural, structural, and MEP drawings to identify and resolve clashes. Review design drawings and convert concept designs into production-ready shop drawings. Ensure drawings comply with project specifications, authority requirements, and industry standards. Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, production teams, and subcontractors regarding drawing revisions. Prepare material take-offs and support procurement when required.
