Drama Teacher – Worcestershire (Independent School) – January 2026

A thriving independent 3–18 day school in Worcestershire is seeking a passionate and creative Teacher of Drama to join its established Performing Arts faculty from January 2026.

The Role

You will teach Drama across KS3–KS5 and contribute to a highly successful programme of productions, showcases and festivals. The school stages multiple high-quality performances each year — from classical plays to contemporary theatre — supported by a full technical team.

Lessons focus on confidence-building, ensemble work, text exploration and high-quality performance skills. Students have access to LAMDA, Trinity qualifications and a wide range of co-curricular options.
