We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Draftsperson / Estimator to join our offshore team in Pampanga. In this dual role, you will create precise 3D models and construction documentation using ArchiCAD, while also producing accurate material take-offs and cost estimates. You will act as a key technical link, coordinating directly with Australian councils, certifiers, and town planners to ensure seamless project approvals.
