DPPA Sales Manager (Renewable Energy)

Main responsibilities

1. Direct Power Purchase Agreements (DPPA)

• Drive the sourcing of renewable energy from the company’s portfolio to support direct Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) with corporate and industrial (C&I) clients.
• Formulate pricing models, structure commercial terms, and lead negotiation strategies for Direct PPA (DPPA) transactions.

2. Retail Electricity Supply (RES) Development

• Oversee both operational and strategic aspects of the company’s Renewable Energy Supply (RES) business, ensuring full compliance with DOE and ERC regulations.
• Lead the preparation for full-scale RES operations by 2027, including licensing, customer acquisition, and market positioning initiatives.
• Develop and maintain relationships with potential retail customers, while structuring bundled solutions leveraging the company’s generation assets.
