About the role
Reporting to the Pit Supervisor, the Dozer/Grader Operator will be responsible for safe operation of D10/D11 Dozers and 16M/24M Graders and providing operational support in an open pit coal mine.
Position site-based at operations in Elk Valley; ability to reliably commute to or relocate near Sparwood, B.C. required.
Schedule: 4x4 shift rotation including days and nights.

In this role you will
- Participate in and adhere to health and safety programs and policies
- Operate a D10 and D11 Dozer/16M and 24M Grader safely and efficiently on a 4x4 12‑hour shift rotation
- Operate in all weather conditions, including rain, fog, and winter conditions
