Dough Room Team Lead – Night Shift (Pastry)

George Weston Foods (NZ) Limited, a leading bakery producer, is seeking a Pastry Team Lead to manage the Dough Room at our Wiri Bakery. You will oversee a five-person team, train staff using a buddy system, and ensure adherence to food safety and H&S standards.
