Job Summary:

Develops teletherapy and brachytherapy patient treatment plans. Meets the qualifications to provide care for patients in the specific age range in assigned clinical area.

Job Duties:

Discusses desired treatment plan with the radiation oncologist and the radiation oncology physicist in Radiation Oncology.

Prepares patient contours using generally established methods including CT scans or MR images.

Supervises or checks all measurements and other patient data.

With radiation oncologist, locates on the patient images any points of significance and, within the contour, all significant tumor and organ outlines.
