What You’ll Do
- Greet and assist guests on arrival, unloading luggage safely and directing them to reception.
- Load luggage for departing guests courteously, confirming the correct number of items.
- Maintain cleanliness and order at the hotel entrance, driveway, and carpark, reporting any defects promptly.
- Coordinate with valet attendants for smooth handling of guest vehicles.
